2015年8月6日，2015飼料熱點(diǎn)高層論壇--暨首屆首都生物飼料科技創(chuàng)新論壇在北京友誼賓館華麗開幕。此次大會(huì)可謂陣容強(qiáng)大，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)部畜牧業(yè)司副司長(zhǎng)王俊勛、中國(guó)工程院院士李德發(fā)、中國(guó)農(nóng)科院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所研究員佟建明、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院教授張日俊、中國(guó)農(nóng)科院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所副研究員張鐵鷹、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)農(nóng)發(fā)院黨委書記張利庠、北京大北農(nóng)飼料科技有限公司董事長(zhǎng)邵根伙及北京科為博生物集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)吳培均等眾多農(nóng)牧業(yè)專家、學(xué)者及名企代表都參與其中。本次會(huì)議吸引了六百余名養(yǎng)殖及飼料企業(yè)代表前來參與，中國(guó)養(yǎng)殖網(wǎng)、中國(guó)飼料工業(yè)信息網(wǎng)及中國(guó)飼料行業(yè)信息網(wǎng)等多家媒體也共同見證了此次盛會(huì)。

中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)部畜牧業(yè)司副司長(zhǎng)王俊勛從宏觀角度分析了《畜牧飼料行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)》，他認(rèn)為下半年畜產(chǎn)品季節(jié)性消費(fèi)將逐步增加，價(jià)格行情有望逐步好轉(zhuǎn)，飼料行業(yè)將保持低速增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。他指出飼料企業(yè)應(yīng)該積極思考如何調(diào)整生產(chǎn)方式來適應(yīng)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展要求，飼料業(yè)是連接種植業(yè)與養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的紐帶，只有做好服務(wù)才能在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。

中國(guó)工程院院士李德發(fā)從動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)角度講述了《動(dòng)物微生物與健康研究進(jìn)展》，他談到丁酸在動(dòng)物與人類營(yíng)養(yǎng)方面有重要作用，具有廣闊的研究前景；將工藝學(xué)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)結(jié)合能夠有效促進(jìn)飼料工業(yè)的發(fā)展；飼料工業(yè)要與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)充分結(jié)合建立凈能預(yù)測(cè)方程，也要與歷史統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)相聯(lián)系挖掘變化規(guī)律以實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)配制，因?yàn)榫珳?zhǔn)配制飼料會(huì)使企業(yè)取得良好效益。

中國(guó)農(nóng)科院北京畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所研究員佟建明分享了《國(guó)內(nèi)外生物飼料的研究進(jìn)展、問題和對(duì)策》，他認(rèn)為今后真正面臨的問題是如何使用抗生素，如果不使用抗生素就能達(dá)到目的是最理想的，如何來替代抗生素是研究者、企業(yè)應(yīng)該去思考的。飼用微生物為抗生素的替代提供了可能，其能抑制有害生物、維護(hù)腸道健康、緩解不良應(yīng)激、改善畜舍環(huán)境及改善產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)。佟建明先生談到飼料企業(yè)應(yīng)拋棄過去的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，回歸到動(dòng)物本身。

北京科為博生物集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)吳培均在會(huì)上做了題為《生物技術(shù)在飼料與養(yǎng)殖中的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造》的精彩報(bào)告。他談到，酶制劑、生物飼料將會(huì)成為最有發(fā)展前途的產(chǎn)品，化學(xué)合成類產(chǎn)品帶來的效益是1+1等于2的，而生物合成產(chǎn)品取得的效益是1+1遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于2大的。他結(jié)合科為博生物多年生產(chǎn)酶制劑及微生態(tài)制劑等生物產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，指出控制產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、保存過程中質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性是生物飼料普及及使用的前提，也是不同生物飼料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)打造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。

中國(guó)人民大學(xué)農(nóng)發(fā)院黨委書記張利庠教授深度分析了《農(nóng)業(yè)4.0時(shí)代飼料發(fā)展趨勢(shì)》。他談到，中國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)需要新的突破，也就是所謂的農(nóng)業(yè)4.0，即打造基于消費(fèi)的品牌農(nóng)業(yè)、基于整合的六產(chǎn)農(nóng)業(yè)、基于技術(shù)的智慧農(nóng)業(yè)、基于功能的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)、基于管理的的策略農(nóng)業(yè)及基于服務(wù)的綜合農(nóng)業(yè)。他談到養(yǎng)殖及飼料企業(yè)應(yīng)由提高生產(chǎn)效率轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樘嵘M(fèi)效率，他指出飼料企業(yè)做強(qiáng)區(qū)域化，提升產(chǎn)品流量才是關(guān)鍵。
